The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
ANALYSIS OF EMPLOYEES COMPENSATIONS IN INCREASE OF MOTIVATION AND PERSONNEL STIMULATION OF THE ENTERPRISE

The article is devoted to the analysis of salary as the basis for stimulation and improving personnel motivation at the enterprise. Despite the significant achievements in solving the issues of providing the effectiveness of personnel motivation and stimulation system, additional study of salary analysis at domestic enterprises in regions and in Ukraine as a whole is needed. The purpose of this study is the salary analysis as the main component of increasing the personnel motivation and stimulation at the enterprise.
The comparative analysis of the indicators allowing to assess the availability of workers by the workplaces and the level of salary at industrial enterprises in Khmelnytskyi and Vinnytsia regions and in Ukraine as a whole is carried out. The role of salary in improving personnel motivation and stimulation at the enterprise is investigated.
On the basis of the analysis of the size of compensation it is proposed to use bonuses and allowances as a stimulation method for personnel, which will lead to creation of an effective motivational environment at the enterprise. Due to the implementation of measures aimed at forming an effective mechanism of personnel motivation and stimulation at the enterprise, it is possible to improve the economic and financial results of economic activity.
Therefore the main condition for the successful development of any enterprise is to increase the employees motivation and to introduce effective methods of their stimulation, that is to provide conditions that would guarantee the workers necessary standard of living through their work, what leads to the implementation of reproductive, regulatory and stimulating functions of salary.
Consequently, due to proper personnel stimulation, the enterprise actually increases its productivity in the future in the case that the incurred expenses for the payment of premiums, bonuses, allowances, compensatory payments, etc. are less than the profits gained as a result of motivated employees productivity increase.
