The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
APPLICATION OF MODERN ASPECTS OF MOTIVATION OF LABOR PERSONNEL ON ENTERPRISE WITH USE OF TOOLS FOR ECONOMIC-MATHEMATICAL MODELING

The article considers the urgency of conducting scientific researches concerning the application of tools of modern factors of motivation of labor in Ukrainian leading enterprises and companies. It was investigated using the tools of economic and mathematical modeling of the extent of influence of factors of application of social package for employees of enterprises or companies on financial indicators such as cost and profit on the example of food industry enterprises. In the context of the situation of labor migration that has developed in the national economy in recent years, the application of the system of retention of highly skilled workers through the application of the social package of motivation, since raising the remuneration to the European level in the monetary sense is only possible in the long run, and to date, relevance has been researched application within the framework of the motivational factor of the social package at enterprises and companies of the national economy.
