The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
APPLIED ASPECTS OF THE STATE'S SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC POLICY: DEVELOPING A PROGRAM OF MEASURES TO SUPPORT INTERNAL DISPLACED PERSONS ON THE BASIS OF A SYSTEM APPROACH

The theoretical approaches to the basics of the formation of the socio-economic policy
of the state are defined. The essence, functions and goals of the socio-economic policy of the
state are considered. As part of the applied aspects of the social and economic policy of the
state, a program of measures to support internally displaced persons has been developed on
the basis of a system approach. Priority measures have been proposed for organizational,
regulatory, financial, economic, socio-medical and informational mechanisms that will help
to create an integrated system of social and economic support and protection of internally
displaced persons. We believe that taking into account foreign experience, individual
initiatives of the Ukrainian government, as well as public organizations, it can be argued that
the implementation of a balanced integrated policy that would cover all aspects of the lives
of internally displaced persons can be relevant for Ukraine today. A comprehensive system
of measures should be focused on specific target groups of the population that need support
from the state, which explains the need to develop, adopt and implement special programs
for the provision of socio-economic support.
