The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
CURRENT STATE AND TRENDS OF INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT OF FOOD PRODUCING ENTERPRISES

The article describes the current state of food industry in Ukraine, provides the
analysis of the industry’s development and the problems of its functioning in present
conditions based on the evaluation of its main economic indicators. The research is based
on the information of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine and the review of articles in
professional scientific journals. The main stages, trends and peculiarities of food
production development in Ukraine are investigated; performance indicators of food
producing enterprises are characterized. The prospective areas for Ukrainian food product
market are noted. The analysis of the volume of capital investments in food industry and
their influence on the development of industry is conducted. The reasons for the instability
of investment activity in Ukraine and the factors that influence the rate of attraction of
investments are given. The peculiarities of implementation of innovative projects at food
industry enterprises and the main problems that arise during their implementation are
considered. The situation and problems of innovation development of enterprises of food
industry is analysed and the prospects for future development of it are determined.
