The article deals with some issues related to non-classical economic theory. Some
problems concerning interdisciplinary connections of psychology and economics as sciences
are investigated. In this context, it is emphasized that it is necessary to study the achievements
of foreign scientists and to create the theoretical basis for the corresponding changes in the
national science. Particular attention is paid to analyzing the behavior of users of information
from the perspective of the basis of the theory of psychology and economic theory. It is
substantiated that the use of interdisciplinary connections, theory and methodology greatly
enhances the research results. It is emphasized that the integration of terminology in
economics and psychology, theory and tools of these two sciences is based on the knowledge
of the possibilities of association of categorical and conceptual apparatuses of both sciences.
It has been found that the study of the achievements of foreign scientists requires appropriate
language training and knowledge of the basics of scientific research.
