The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF AGROFORMATIONS

Discussion questions on the essential characteristics of anti-crisis management of agro-formations
are considered, genesis of the concept of anti-crisis management of agro-formations is investigated and
the purpose, functions, basic principles, tasks and stages of the chain of its implementation are
substantiated. Now the use of effective crisis management is relevant, even for those agro-entities that are
considered successful in the Ukrainian and competitive in the international markets, so the correct
delineation of the essential characteristics of the anti-crisis management of agroformations will allow to
build a effective system of proactive methods and tools to counteract and prevent crisis in modern
agroforms conditions of global economic imbalances.
