The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
IDENTIFICATION OF THE PROCESS OF HARMONIOUS DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES OF THE GRAIN PROCESSING SUBCOMPLEX WITH A LEADER ORIENTATION FOR ASSESSING COMPETITIVENESS

The article proposes to identify the process of harmonious development of
agricultural enterprises of the grain product subcomplex by calculating the process
participant harmonization index (PPHI), consisting of qualitative and quantitative indices:
the harmonious development index of the process participant (ІGR) and quantitative indices
(with indicator JK) and qualitative (with indicator JЕ) components of the effectiveness of
the process participant harmonization process (with the indicator). At the same time , to
calculate the scale index of the harmonization process JK and the index of efficiency of the
harmonization process JЕ, it was proposed to use the Burennikova (Polishchuk)-Yarmolenko model components of the performance of any economic process and the
corresponding indicators as indicators of the process effectiveness. The information base
was the statistical data of the economic activities of some agricultural enterprises of the
grain-producing subcomplex. It was found that such an approach to diagnosing the
harmonious development of agricultural enterprises of the grain-producing subcomplex
makes it possible to draw a general conclusion about the nature and level of their
harmonization and performance, as well as the effectiveness of the implementation of
managerial influences in a separate enterprise to assess its competitiveness.
