The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
IMPERATIVES AND PECULIARITIES OF THE STATE FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC REGULATION OF AGRARIAN PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT

On the basis of analysis of literary sources the essence of the category of financial and economic regulation is considered and the features of state support of the agrarian sector are highlighted. The financial-economic levers and instruments of state regulation of agrarian production are systematized. The dynamic changes in the methodological foundations of state financing of agricultural production are analyzed, emphasis is placed on the legislative acts that provide for these changes. The tendencies in the amount of financial assistance to domestic agricultural commodity producers are investigated and the main factors of influence on the state support process in the agrarian sector of Ukraine are substantiated, problems which limit the implementation of the stimulating function of fiscal agrarian policy in Ukraine are identified. The conclusions are aimed at improving the financial and economic mechanism of state support at the expense of increasing the availability of budget assistance to small and medium-sized businesses in the agrarian sector and the efficiency of the use of funds allocated from the State Budget.
