INSTITUTIONAL ASPECTS OF TRANSFORMATION OF LAND RELATIONS
KOLIADENKO Dmytro – Candidate of Economic Sciences, Senior Lecturer of
the Department of Economics, Vinnytsia National Agrarian University (21008, Vinnytsia,

The state of economic regulation of land relations in the conditions of modern
development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine is analyzed and its role and importance in
formation of effective land use and transformation of land relations in the future are
determined. For us, actual research and coverage of the main institutional problems of the
land market, affecting the level of economic development. Using the World Value Survey
database database, it was analyzed and found that the main institutional disadvantages are
the property rights protection system.
The problems of formation and development in Ukraine of real market forms of
turnover of agricultural land are raised. The factors contributing to the solution of this
problem are sharply defined, namely, the development of the international division of labor,
the globalization of world economic processes, the strengthening of competitive principles
in foreign economic relations, especially in the face of the new requirements facing the
agrarian sector of the economy in connection with the accession of Ukraine to the WTO
and Eurointegration course, the need to conform to certain international standards of
market development. The development and support of the institution of private land
ownership contributes to the formation of an efficient landowner, especially in the sphere
of small and medium-sized agrarian business, but the inadequacies investigated by the
institutional nature do not allow to speak about its formation now.
