The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
INSTITUTIONAL REGULATION IN PROVIDING DEVELOPMENT AGRARIAN SECTOR AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP

In this article the essence and importance of the agrarian sector of the economy for the development
of our state is stated. Different definitions of state regulation are given. The role of the state in the
institutional environment, in particular, through the ability to create appropriate institutions supported by
official bodies, has been identified. The main subjects of state control and regulation in the agrarian sector
of the economy are mentioned, as well as the main functions of some of them. The problem of creating
normative legal acts in the field of agrarian relations is described, which are not followed in the future.
The importance of establishing a relationship between the state and the agrarian business is proved. The
main forms of interaction between the state and business that exist today in the agrarian sector of Ukraine
are presented. The positive and negative influence of institutional support on the behavior and functioning
of agricultural producers is investigated.
