The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
LAND OF UKRAINE – NATURAL RESOURCE FOR PRODUCTION OF COMPETITIVE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE

The article deals with the features of land resources as means of production in
agriculture: agricultural lands of Ukraine are among the best in the world, but their
structure doesn`t conform scientifically substantiated norms. Taking into account the fact
that land as a component of economic potential is a natural potential for ensuring the
production of high-quality products (primarily food), Ukraine has the opportunity to grow
not only the main types of crops (cereals, industrial, oil, etc.), but also those, necessary for
satisfaction the growing needs of the population, in particular, fruit and berries. A number
of factors that positively and negatively influence the use of land in Ukraine were
investigated and their influence on the competitiveness of agricultural commodity
producers (including gardening products) was identified. The preconditions for further
development of the fruit and berry subcomplex are determined taking into account the
introduction of innovative technologies at domestic and foreign enterprises in order to
ensure the production of competitive products, using the natural fertility potential of
Ukrainian lands.
