The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
LEGAL NATURE OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT

The main factors of the legal nature of the environmental impact assessment as a function of management in the field of environmental protection, rational use of natural resources and ensuring environmental safety are considered in connection with the fact that the reasons for the current unsatisfactory state of use of natural resources, environmental protection are ambiguous .
The necessity and importance of conducting an environmental impact assessment are conditioned by the realization of the citizens' right to a safe environment for life and health. The legislation of Ukraine obliges to assess the environmental impact and take into account the results of strategic environmental assessment recognized as the basic principles of environmental protection. It is determined that the legal regulation of environmental impact assessment should be considered as an important step towards harmonization of the legislation of Ukraine with the EU legislation in the field of environmental impact assessment.
The procedural and procedural aspects of the environmental impact assessment, as stipulated by a number of legislative and sub-normative legal acts, are determined and considered. The organizer of public hearings is a person who has the appropriate legal personality in the environmental sphere, which should be objective, impartial and independent, and not having a potential conflict of interest in the planned activities. It is established that the conclusion on the environmental impact assessment is mandatory. It is also taken into account when deciding on the implementation of planned activities, and may also be the reason for refusal to issue a decision on the implementation of planned activities. It is proved that the legal nature of procedural-procedural aspects of environmental impact assessment is determined by a number of legislative and regulatory legal acts regulating the content of the environmental impact assessment, the procedure for its implementation. It has been established that the environmental impact assessment should be carried out in compliance with certain principles based on the provisions of the current environmental legislation.
