The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
METHODICAL APPROACHES TO THE EVALUATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITY OF ENTERPRISES OF THE GRAIN-PRODUCT SUBCOMPLEX

The article substantiates the necessity of taking into account in the process of
investment the sources of investment resources, the investment climate and the investment
process for the effective activity of agricultural enterprises. It is indicated on the necessity
of choosing an optimal investment solution. It is emphasized that the main ways to the above
is the choice of a modern methodology for the analysis of investment activity. It is proved
that this technique should be based on the calculation of the relevant indicators of efficiency
and effectiveness of investment activity. The level of assessment of investment efficiency in
the agrarian sector of the economy for the purpose of economic analysis is proposed. The
main stages of determining the optimal investment object in grain production are outlined.
