The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
MODERN TRENDS OF FINANCING HIGHER EDUCATION IN UKRAINE AND THE WORLD

The article presents the results of the analysis of financing of higher education in Ukraine and the
leading countries of the world. The prospect of the study is due to the requirements for the quality of the
training of specialists in higher education, the need for diversification of funding sources for universities,
the strengthening of international cooperation, the integration of Ukraine into the European educational
space and the feasibility of introducing a positive international experience of financing mechanisms for
higher education in Ukraine. The main indicators of financing of the educational industry in Ukraine and
the leading countries of the world for 2018-2019 are analyzed. The increase in funding for the expenditures
of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and educational subsidies to local budgets as a
percentage of GDP have been determined. At the same time, it was found out that, in absolute terms, our
country's education remains low in comparison with other countries of the world. It is determined that the
general world tendencies are the reduction of the state share of financing of education, which causes the
change in the financial strategy of universities and the search for non-state sources of funding.
