The article substantiates that the main condition for transnational cooperation is the 

implementation of international rules of organization and conduct of business. The main elements of 

such  cooperation are identified, in particular, which fulfill the conditions of environmental, economic 

and social security. The study found that the idea of an international partnership at European level is 

possible by fulfilling the requirements of certified  management systems in accordance with the standards 

of the ISO-9000, ISO-14000, ISO-18000 and others. It is substantiated that business performance is 

determined by the efficiency of the organization of the production process, the level of perfection of the 

management system and the process of sales of products or services provided. It is proved that by 

dividing the amount of received revenues and expenses by each of the separate stages of the production 

process, we get some efficiency individually for each of the stages, which are often realized by separate 

enterprises with indicators lower than expected. The importance of understanding that value added at 

each stage of the production process emphasizes the overall economic result is emphasized. It is 

proposed to formulate the whole process from production to the final product to the consumer in a single 

closed cycle, whereby the entire amount of added value will increase the efficiency of the business as a 

whole, improving its competitive position in the market. On the way to economic growth of business 

structures it is important to find the most favorable business organization models. Forming a business 

on the basis of a vertically integrated model involves the integration of heterogeneous groups of 

enterprises into one system, which will ensure the implementation of a holistic process from the 

organization of the production process, and the production of products to the sale of its consumer. The 

economic performance of enterprises with a vertically integrated structure depends on how well the 

links between the elements of the business structure will be built, how strong and mutually consistent 

such links will be, on the availability and quality of the information resources that underpin the adoption 

of management solutions. The article substantiates the feasibility of forming a business on the basis of 

a closed cycle of production and defines ways to implement the results obtained in the scheme of 

functioning of existing enterprises in Ukraine.
