The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
PRINCIPLES OF STRUCTURAL MODERNIZATION OF THE REGIONAL ECONOMY IN CONDITIONS OF STRUCTURAL CHANGES

The article examines the state and specificity of the modernization of the regional
economy in conditions of structural changes. The analysis of the modernization of the
regional economy in the conditions of structural changes was carried out on the indicators
of the system of national accounts, reflecting the situation in the economy as a whole for a
certain period. The principles of structural modernization of the regional economy in the
conditions of structural shifts are singled out. Such principles include the consideration of
the national development peculiarities and current global trends, the choice of the
development path from many existing, rational approaches to the development of a regional
development strategy, the inclusion of regional processes in the global information space,
and integration development. It is substantiated that structural modernization of the
Ukrainian economy becomes possible only in conditions of reduction of political tension
and achievement of internal political harmony as the main prerequisites for structural
modernization of the regional economy.
