The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
PROGNOSTIC VALIDITY OF THE COMPETITION SELECTION TO THE MASTER’S DEGREE FOR SPECIALTY 081 “LAW”

In the article for the first time, the correlation relations between the components of
the competitive selection to the master’s degree in the specialty 081 “Law” and the results
of the masters’ progress during the first year of study at a higher educational institution
are studied. It is shown that not all test blocks of a single professional testing of the EIA are
equally important for competitive selection of masters. It is established that the rating
grades in the test block “Law” have the highest value of the prognostic validity indicator.
However, the evaluation of entrants in the TGELC block has very low criteria for predicting
the success of masters. It is also noted that there is no correlation between separate blocks
of a single professional entrance exam.
By means of the variation of the weight coefficients of the test blocks of the EIA, the
most optimal model for calculating the overall candidate’s grade for the contest is
determined.
In this model, the rating grades in the “Law” block have the highest weight, and the
coefficient of correlation with the results of masters’ achievements in the first semester is
0.58, which indicates a high predictive validity of the EIA.
