The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
PROSPECTS FOR CROP ROTATION CONTROL AS A FACTOR OF ENSURING THE RATIONAL USE OF AGRICULTURAL LANDS

The article deals with the problem of providing control of use of the agricultural land by tenants from the standpoint of the main requirements for such use from the landlords and from the state and in terms of the need to preserve land resources as one of the key factors of national wealth of Ukraine. The problem of the lack of an established system of effective control over the use of agricultural land by tenants from landlords and from official bodies and local authorities, which creates for tenants the possibility of using land at their will using appropriate technologies in agricultural production, which have as a result the depletion of the soil, was disclosed. On the basis of analysis of specific terminology contained in the legislation of Ukraine related to protection of land resources there was determined that a key tool to guarantee the sustainable use of agricultural land is observance of scientifically based crop rotation in opposition to the practice of monoculture production of the profitable export-oriented commodity crops by tenants, which takes place in agriculture enterprises today. In this regard it was suggested to control the compliance of rotation of agricultural land by tenants, by landlords (including appropriate auditing support) and by local authorities.
