The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
REALIZATION OF PERSONNEL POLICY AT THE ENTERPRISES OF THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

Personnel policy is one of the main factors of perspective enterprises and defines the approaches and rules that are implemented by management in relation to human potential. The means of implementation of personnel management are: a system of plans, standards, indicators, as well as organizational, managerial and social measures aimed at solving issues of the provision and use of labor resources. The main goal of personnel policy is to create and optimize the use of the staff in order to achieve the objectives of the entreprise. It is necessary to develop such a pattern that will positively influence the sustainable growth of the economy, the political sphere and social development of the society. The main direction in personnel management, which would contribute to the development of the enterprise, aimed at professional growth of skilled workers is determined.
In the article personnel policy of the farm “Vyshhelyolshedayevske” is studied. The efficiency of the mechanism of control is analyzed. The analysis of organization of management is carried out. On the basis of calculations basic directions and problems in personnel policy of the farm "Vyscheolchedayivske" were distingueshed, and the opportunities for improving the administrative work using matrix SWOT-analysis were considered.
