The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
REFINANCING AS A WAY TO SUPPORT STABILITY OF THE BANKING SYSTEM

One of the main factors in the development of the country's economy is the stability of its banking system, but in recent years occured serious violation of its important function as the main financial intermediary of the domestic economy, what negatively affected the state of the banking system and the development of the Ukrainian economy in general and caused a wide range of problems in this sphere, the main of which is the low level of capitalization and loss of liquidity. The reasons of non-fulfillment of basic functions by the banking system are determined, its state in conditions of crisis is analyzed. The essence and tendencies of the mechanism of refinancing in supporting the stability of the banking system are considered. It is concluded that refinancing as the instrument, which NBU has at its disposal is a powerful regulatory mechanism of monetary policy, the application of which allows to promptly influence the management of the stability of the banking system and contribute to the growth of its resource potential. As the world's experience shows, the system of refinancing and liquidity management of banking systems of different countries is in constant development; therefore, it is expedient for Ukraine to improve existing and introduce new mechanisms of refinancing, which will contribute to ensuring the stability of the banking system as a whole, having in mind, that refinancing can not be considered as a permanent source of cash resources for banking institutions, but as a temporary support to their activities, given by the National Bank of Ukraine.
