The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
REGULATION OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

The article is devoted to the regulation of the innovative development of the national
economy as a prerequisite for its development due to the increased activity of integration
processes and globalization. There are three levels of regulation of innovation development
(world, state and regional), within which the main components and levers of influence are
determined. It is noted that each type of regulation has a special impact on the innovative
development of the national economy. The regulation of innovative economic development
at the mega level is carried out by international institutional structures, whose tasks are
coordination of actions and regulation of cooperation in all spheres of international
economic relations, definition of the main vectors of innovation development of the world
economy. In most industrialized countries, regulation of innovation development is carried
out due to market mechanisms, when the implementation of innovative ideas, goods and
services creates, first of all, financial prerequisites for deepening the innovative
development of the economy. The role of the state in the innovative development of the
national economy lies in the formation of a legal, tax and administrative environment that
will promote the activation of innovation processes in the industrial enterprises, create new
jobs and increase the well-being of all sectors of the population involved in this process.
Based on the study, the principles of regulation and preconditions for the innovative
development of the national economy are formulated.
