The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES TO THE STUDY OF THE MODERNIZATION OF THE INDUSTRY AND ITS INVESTMENT IN THE INNOVATION SOFTWARE

In the article, and organized scientific approaches to the study of the processes of modernisation of
the industry and its investment in the innovation. Revealed and generalized the methodological approaches
to the study of the essence of modernization namely: the tranzitivnij approach, liberal evolutionary
approach, process approach, an approach based on the stages, the waves, the innovative evolutionary
approach, industrial approach an evolutionary approach. It was discovered that one of the key factors of
influence on the efficiency and effectiveness of the transformation process is the availability of sufficient
and purposeful investment ensuring innovative development and dissemination of innovative change.
Formulated and substantiated evolutionary synergistic approach to modernization according to which
modernization is a step by step process of accumulation of a critical mass of technical, technological,
managerial, organizational changes in all elements of the system and so goes to a new level of
evolûcìonuvannâ that leads to the emergence of a new quality in the functioning of the economic system of
the country. Because innovation is the driving force behind the implementation of modernization changes
