KLYMCHUK Aliona – Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor,
Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Vinnytsia National Agrarian
University (21008, Vinnytsia, 3, Soniachna Str., e-mail: alena_klumchyk@ukr.net).
The article is devoted to the formation of the structural-logical model of the
mechanism for personnel evaluation, motivation and stimulation of the machine-building
enterprise, the effectiveness of construction and implementation of which depends on the
successful operation of the enterprise as a whole. Creation of a structural-logical model of
the mechanism for personnel evaluation, motivation and stimulation of a machine-building
enterprise is carried out on the basis of providing the interests of the enterprise through the
combination of incentives (external actions on personnel). In turn, the interests of the
enterprise are met by increasing organizational and production results, quality and
efficiency of the work of the personnel.
As a result of ensuring the interests of the personnel it is possible to achieve an
increase in the enterprise's profits, the expansion of the share of the mastered market and
the conquest of new markets, increase in labor productivity, qualitative performance of
work/duties, increase of volumes of production, increase of competitiveness of the
enterprise, provision of higher and stable position in the industry, that leads to the effective
management of the enterprise, and, in fact, ensures its interests. Therefore, the use of all
stages of the structural-logical model of the mechanism of personnel evaluation, motivation
and stimulation of the machine-building enterprise will ensure effective management of the
enterprise with the maximum growth of its competitive advantages.
Thus, positive transformation of theoretical and methodological approaches and
scientific and practical recommendations into the structural model of the mechanism for
personnel evaluation, motivation and stimulation will allow the workers of the machine-building enterprise to approach actively, creatively and interestedly to their work, what, in
turn, will ensure the achievement of the goals formed by the enterprise.
