The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE IN THE MECHANISM OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION

The article has clarified the place and role of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in
the mechanism of public administration of inclusive education, has disclosed its authority
and functions, as well as the practice of implementation. It has proved that the consolidation
at the constitutional and legislative levels of the authority of the Government of Ukraine in
the sphere of education ensures its ability to carry out the state educational policy
professionally. Special attention has been paid to clarifying the functions of the Cabinet of
Ministers of Ukraine in the sphere of inclusive education, in particular, guarantee,
regulatory, management, normative, constituent, organizational, and executive. The
development of such new institutions as the Educational Ombudsman and inclusive-resource centers has been researched. Proposals on improving the legislation in the sphere
of inclusive education have been presented. It has been substantiated that the Cabinet of
Ministers of Ukraine, having the legal status of a higher body in the system of executive
bodies, plays a key role in the mechanism of public administration of inclusive education.
