The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
FORMS AND MECHANISMS OF MANAGEMENT IN THE REGIONAL HOUSING AND UTILITY SERVICES

The article examines the forms and mechanisms of management in the area of
housing and utility services in the region. The methods and forms of state regulation in the
sphere of housing and utilities sector of the region are analyzed and presented in graphical
form. The classification of management objectives in this sector is carried out. A grouping
of management mechanisms in the area of housing and utilities was conducted on the basis
of the study of the processes of their evolution. The model of system combination (MSC) of
the development of utilities services is investigated.
It is established that the forms and mechanisms of management in the area of
housing and communal services of the region considered in this article in the
methodological context indicate that there are opportunities for effective management in
the sphere of services of housing and utilities sector of the region.
