The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
PERSPECTIVE DIRECTIONS OF ORGANIZATION OF FARM COOPERATIVES

The article deals with the world experience of perspective directions of farm
cooperatives organization. The main constraints on the development of farmer cooperatives
in Ukraine and the key role of agricultural cooperation are identified. The analysis of
foreign experience and domestic practice concerning the place and role of certain domestic
factors influencing the results of economic activity of agrarians was conducted, which gave
grounds for distributing cooperation at organizational levels. On the results of research, a
model of cooperative management based on success factors has been developed where the
dominant influence in the management system of the farmer's cooperative has a
disciplinary, societal and cognitive impact. The foreign practice of the organization of
integrated associations is analyzed and on the basis of it the concept of “collective peasant-farmer partnership” and “agricultural machinery cooperative” is developed.
