Annotation

The article examines the application of Lean technologies as an effective tool for enhancing the level of service provided by agricultural companies in a highly competitive and dynamically changing business environment. The study highlights that traditional service management models often fail to meet modern requirements for the responsiveness, transparency, and customer orientation, especially in the agricultural sector, which is characterized by seasonality, resource fluctuations, and increased logistical complexity. Lean instruments such as Value Stream Mapping, standardization of operations, the 5S system, visualization tools, Kaizen continuous improvement practices, and quality control systems are analyzed in depth as potential mechanisms for eliminating waste and increasing service efficiency. A comprehensive analysis of the formation of service culture in agricultural enterprises is presented, emphasizing key components such as logistics support, timely response to customer inquiries, equipment maintenance, and interaction with suppliers and partners. The study demonstrates that the implementation of Lean technologies significantly reduces service lead time, eliminates redundant operations, improves communication quality, and reduces operational costs. Furthermore, the integration of Lean contributes to higher employee involvement, better coordination between service teams, and increased overall customer satisfaction. The practical recommendations are proposed for the step-by-step implementation of Lean in agricultural service units, including initial assessment of service performance, identification of bottlenecks and types of waste, development of standardized operating procedures, digitalization of service interactions, and conducting regular Kaizen sessions. The findings confirm that Lean technologies play an essential role in building a strong service culture and improving the competitiveness of agricultural companies. The results can be applied by managers, service teams, and analysts in order to optimize service operations and establish a culture of continuous improvement at all organizational levels.
