The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the impact of innovation and economic technologies on human resource management in agricultural enterprises within the context of the digital transformation of the economy. The essence of innovation and economic technologies is revealed, and their classification is systematized according to the functional and organizational criteria. Key directions for the application of digitalization, automation, and analytics in HR processes, which contribute to improving the efficiency of personnel management, are identified. The structural features of agricultural enterprises influencing the nature and the depth of innovation implementation are analyzed, including production seasonality, multi-level organizational structure, and limited financial and human resources. Major barriers to innovation in HR management: institutional, organizational, financial, and social are identified. A methodology for integral assessment of the impact of innovations on personnel processes (recruitment, training, motivation, productivity) combining qualitative and quantitative indicators is proposed. Using a conditional sample of the enterprises with different levels of HR digitalization, the relationship between digital maturity and key performance indicators labor productivity, employment structure, and staff turnover is demonstrated. The results confirm that innovation and economic technologies are not only tools for optimizing HR functions but also strategic drivers of competitiveness in the agricultural sector. It should be noted that the scientific literature lacks sufficient studies addressing the impact of innovations under the specific conditions of the agricultural sector, which highlights a promising avenue for the further empirical research and applied developments. These findings provide both a theoretical and practical foundation for developing effective strategies to modernize human resource management in agricultural enterprises, taking into account contemporary technological trends, sector-specific challenges, and opportunities for sustainable growth
