The journal deals with the issues of efficiency of functioning of the national economics and organizational forms of management of the national economy. Attention is paid to the problems of marketing, management and efficiency of production and economic activity of agrarian enterprises. The issues of public administration and administration, accounting and taxation, banking and insurance, forecasting and modeling of economic processes, foreign economic activity, commodity flows of economic entities and their infrastructure support.
OPTIMIZATION OF BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT USING INNOVATIVE METHODS, INCLUDING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

The article investigates the use of innovative methods, in particular artificial intelligence for management in terms of optimizing business processes. It is established that the level of development of innovative trends has a direct impact on management efficiency through the use of modern tools that contribute to the optimization of business processes and have a positive effect on business performance, which is manifested in increased sales volume, speed of customer service and business development, which is an important factor in the growth of the modern and forming digital economy of the future. It is noted that the use of digital innovation tools in management contributes to strengthening the competitive advantages of business in the relevant market segment.
The purpose of the article is the research on the impact of the innovative methods on optimizing business process management as a competitive advantage in the conditions of the formation of a digital economy.
The development of the main innovative methods is investigated and the features are systematized from the perspective of optimizing business process management, which contributes to business performance.
The advantages of implementing electronic document management and CRM (customer relationship management) systems as progressive innovative methods in management that contribute to the development of business units and the economy of the future have been identified.
The possibilities of artificial intelligence as an innovative tool of modernity that contributes to the optimization of business processes through management efficiency have been identified.
A network model of business process optimization using artificial intelligence as an effective innovative management method for the security sector has been proposed.
It has been established that an important marker of management efficiency is the use of the innovative methods that contribute to the optimization of management processes and have a positive impact on business development. The use of modern innovative methods, in particular artificial intelligence, currently contributes to management efficiency and leads to the efficiency based on the quality and speed of task performance through the optimization of business processes and is manifested in economic effect, however, implementation requires appropriate funding.
