The magazine deals with the problems of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of integration and processes of globalization. Attention is paid to the issues of development of digital economy, rural territories, technologies of enterprise management and organization of accounting, problems of legal support of economic processes, market tendencies of development of various branches of economy. Particular attention is paid to green tourism as a promising segment of the national economy.
THE FEATURES OF PERSONNEL POLICY OF AGRARIAN ENTERPRISES IN MODERN CONDITIONS

In the article the essence and features of personnel policy of agrarian enterprises, its constituent elements, interconnection with management principles and development strategy are considered. It is determined that the personnel policy of any organization is a core of the social system, an integrated structure of strategic management of labor resources, and the basis for optimal correlation of leadership actions in decision making regarding socio-economic issues. Upon the results of the conducted survey, the elements of personnel policy of the farm “Vysheolchedaivske” are characterized. Besides, a mechanism for their implementation is suggested, aimed at promoting the interconnection of the competitive strategy of economy with the strategy of HR policy. It is emphasized that any strategy is directed to ensuring long-term competitiveness of the enterprise. The set of recommendations for qualitative formation of the strategy of personnel development at FG “Vysheolchedaivske” is given.
